EyeComply is a contract compliance platform for all property that manages legal and financial risk through a rigorous and wide-ranging audit programme. It focuses on all aspects of contract compliance to ensure risk is mitigated throughout the lifetime of the property, agreed metrics are met and value is delivered.
EyeComply can be utilised in a number of markets which include hospitals, schools, local authorities, care homes, housing associations, hotels and any building where risk needs to be recognised, assessed and mitigated. EyeComply can be delivered digitally to any PC with Internet access.
The primary value of EyeComply is the breadth of risk areas covered and the unique weighting of each risk area to ensure a transparent and accurate view of each property’s risk profile against the contract expectations in place and that all statutory and regulatory standards are met. Our experienced and expert team will ensure an accurate and objective assessment of risk and ensure that appropriate plans are agreed and actioned.
The component parts behind each of these areas have been uniquely weighted to reflect legal and statutory regulations and will be weighted to reflect the unique nature of any contractual arrangements to deliver. Each weighting has been arrived at and signed off by qualified experts in their field to ensure the right focus is given to critical risk areas and, where needed, risk mitigation plans are in place and actioned.
Real time dashboards and bespoke reporting allow stakeholders to know, at any time, where the risk issues are and how well they are being dealt with. A pre-agreed communication process will ensure that stakeholders are also made aware by EyeComply of each stage of this process.
In addition, EyeComply has a Projects Management application that will manage project progress in real time, provide a log of all key interactions and produce reporting.
